Customer Returns:
Products may be returned within 30 days of the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Kindly contact us to proceed with returns. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Product Quality issues:
In the case of issues related to size mismatch or damaged or defective items sent to you, it must be communicated to SundayMarketOnline within 7 days upon the delivery of the product. For items lost in shipment, claims, if any, must be communicated not later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
Send us pictures of the defective product along with the original packaging in which the product was received by you, showing the shipping label and the customer details on it clearly for verification.
To be eligible for a replacement, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
If eligible, we will replace it with another product of the same value.
Courier Returns:
Courier Returns occur when the order is undelivered and marked as ‘Returning to Origin’ (RTO). Please find below the potential reasons for the order being marked as RTO
Reasons for undelivered shipment
- Customer not contactable
- Incomplete address
- Future delivery requested by the customer
- Self-pickup requested by the customer
- Customer refused delivery
- Door/premises/office closed

Pincode not serviceable
When the order is returned to us, you can choose to reship the order to yourself or any other address, you may be charged shipping charges once again for reshipping. Kindly contact us for any inquiries.
Incorrect Address – If the address provided by you for delivery is found to be incorrect by the courier personnel, and if an address correction is requested, you will be charged shipping charges for correcting the address, if the shipment has started travelling.
